Nationwide Delivery

You can expect to receive your order from Karikaas quickly and in excellent condition. We make every attempt to pack our products on the day of order (depending on the time received) and dispatch the next business day, unless it is a product made to order (ie Butter and Kwark bags.)

The Trackpack courier delivery is overnight from the time we have received and packed the order. This may mean your order is not dispatched the next working day, but the day after. All other orders should be delivered within 3 - 5 days. Rural deliveries need to allow at least one additional day.

If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be packed the next business day, and dispatched the day following, unless it is a product made to order.

We use NZ Post trackpacks, and i deliver for delivery, as we phase out our other ticketed couriers due to poor performance. COSTS HAVE JUMPED HUGELY RECENTLY. This is out of our control so please don't shout at us.  Please note that couriers will not deliver to a Post Office box. You must provide a physical address.

We have no control over courier companies, so if your tracked order is delayed, please use the tracking details we send to you to track the parcel, and if you are not happy please contact the courier as well as us. Couriers use is at your risk.

If you wish to use chilled transport you will need to contact us to organise with Big Chill and  to give you a delivery price. It must go to a commercial address.
