Karikaas Cumin/Leyden: judges comments - Good distribution of seeds. Lovely, sweet, buttery with pleasant warm flavours. Well balanced with sweetness, salt and acid all in check. Not overtly strong. Yum!

Karikaas Pepper: judges comments - Excellent cheese! Well balanced with nice subtle chilli. Very clean flavour. Yummy!
